Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, medicine, fertilizer, paper, aluminum industry, monosodium glutamate, wine, sugar and other fields.

Scope of application:

Rising film evaporator is suitable for dealing with large evaporation, heat sensitive, low viscosity and easy foaming solution, but not suitable for high viscosity, crystal precipitation and easy scaling solution.

Working principle:

The composition of the rising film evaporator is that the liquid enters the heating tube and heats according to the principle of the siphon pump. After flowing into the separator, the liquid is separated from the steam and flows back to the evaporator through the circulating tube to form a closed circulation. Therefore, this evaporator is also called the external circulation evaporator. Choose evaporator, if the evaporation capacity is large, can use multi-effect device, to save steam, reduce energy consumption.

The heating tube is composed of the heat exchange tube. After the raw material liquid reaches the boiling point or is close to the boiling point, it is introduced by the bottom of the heating chamber. Driven by the secondary steam which rises at high speed, it flows along the inner wall of the heat exchange tube and evaporates. The secondary steam produced by the upper separation plate group to remove the bubble, water beads, debris becomes the next heat source, the evaporator is suitable for dealing with large evaporation volume of dilute liquid and heat sensitive or easy to bubble solution.
