Equipment features:
The plate concentrator is composed of a new type of plate type lifting film evaporator with an efficient cyclone separator. The material evaporates at low temperature under vacuum, and the heated steam carries out multi-effect evaporation operation with repeated reuse. The instantaneous and rapid heating sterilization process of high efficiency plate heat exchanger is adopted, which can be designed to provide a complete set of devices and designs. The equipment has compact structure and high efficiency (the total transfer coefficient is 2~4 times of the tubular evaporator), convenient disassembly and cleaning, less liquid holding and short time of materials at high temperature. The equipment can be used for the concentration of Chinese herbal medicine, juice, dairy, sugar alcohols, fine chemicals and other materials.
Advantages of using plate evaporator:
◆ High heat conduction efficiency
The special corrugated plate type produces high turbulence, and its heat transfer coefficient is greatly improved compared with traditional shell and tube evaporator. Vap is particularly effective at high concentrations and viscosity, and can operate at a temperature difference of only 3-5℃.
Less scaling, long running cycle
The corrugated sheet is designed to achieve commissioning turbulence at a very low flow rate, scaling is less likely to occur than the tube heat exchanger, the operation cycle is longer, the customer reduces the production operation cost, improve the production efficiency.
Low power consumption
Under the same heating area, the plate has larger circulation cross-sectional area and less friction resistance than the tubular type. At the same flow rate, plate evaporation system can use low flow and low head pump power consumption.
Improve product quality
The very low retention means that at any given time, almost no product is left in the Vap evaporator. The short time the product stays in the evaporation is a great advantage for heat-sensitive products. It also allows for fast startup and shutdown, with very little waste.
Working principle:
Custom-made for evaporation, the Vap has two small feed ports and a large outlet for steam and concentrate. There is a large inlet for heating steam and a small outlet for steam condensate.
Vap uses the concept of sheet groups, each consisting of sheets welded together or detachable sheets. The heated steam condenses in the welded channel, while the material liquid evaporates and concentrates in the gasket sealed channel.
