Summary:

SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a new generation of drying device developed by our factory in combination with domestic similar product technology. SZG double cone rotary vacuum dryer has a two-level elastic connection mode of belt and chain, so the equipment operates stably. The specially designed tooling fully reflects the good concentricity of the two shafts. The heating medium and vacuum system adopt reliable rotary joints of American technology. On this basis, we developed SZG-A, which can not only stepless speed regulation, but also constant temperature control.

As a professional drying equipment manufacturer, we serve users with more than 100 sets every year. Our products include high-temperature heat transfer oil as the heat medium, medium temperature steam and low-temperature hot water. When drying sticky materials, our factory will specially design a "board copying" mechanism or set up balls in the tank.

Principle:

■ Heat source (such as hot water, low pressure steam or heat transfer oil) is introduced into the closed interlayer, and the heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner shell.

■ Under the power drive, the tank rotates slowly, and the materials in the tank are continuously mixed, so as to strengthen the drying.

■ The material is in a vacuum state, and the water (solvent) on the surface of the material evaporates when the vapor pressure drops, and the vacuum pump discharges it in time for recovery. The water (solvent) inside the material continuously permeates, evaporates and discharges to the surface. The three processes are carried out continuously. The material can be dried in a short time.

Purpose:

It is applicable to the concentration, mixing and drying of powdery, granular and fibrous materials in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, as well as the drying of materials that need to be dried at low temperature (such as biochemical products), and it is more applicable to the drying of materials that are easy to oxidize, volatilize, heat sensitive, strongly irritating, toxic and materials that are not allowed to damage crystals.

Feature:

■ When the oil is heated, automatic constant temperature control is used to dry biochemical products and mineral raw materials, and the temperature can be between 20~160 ℃.

■ High thermal efficiency, more than 2 times higher than ordinary oven.

■ With indirect heating, the material will not be polluted and meets the requirements of "GMP". The equipment is easy to maintain and operate, and easy to clean.
