Purpose:

BFG series closed circuit circulating boiling granulator is applicable to the drying (granulation) and solvent recovery of powdered or granular materials containing solvent in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry and other industries.

■ Safety

The equipment is a fully enclosed structure, and nitrogen is filled in the equipment. When drying anaerobic materials or materials containing flammable and explosive solvents, there is no oxygen in the gas, so it can not be burned or oxidized, which can effectively avoid fire or explosion accidents during the production of the equipment, so it is safer than ordinary equipment.

■ High efficiency

The main machine of the equipment uses a bag pulse dedusting system, which has high dedusting efficiency. The dust does not stick to the filter cartridge, and is easy to disassemble and clean. The whole machine back blowing technology (patented technology) is used to back blow the equipment after the drying of the equipment is completed. The dedusting is complete. After using this technology, the bag cleaning frequency of the equipment is extended from 1-2 days to 12-15 days.

The equipment discharges materials at the lower part of the host, which can be pumped to the material storage device by vacuum discharge, reducing the operation intensity of workers and improving efficiency.

■ Environmental protection

After being dried by the equipment, the hot and wet gas containing solvent enters the condenser to condense the solvent in the gas (the solvent recovery rate is above 95%), which can not only recover the solvent but also condense the dehumidified dry gas. The recovered solvent can be recycled again, which can save costs and will not cause exhaust emissions to pollute the environment.

■ Energy saving

When the equipment is working, the internal air pressure required is low, and only a slight positive pressure is required. Therefore, the power of the fan equipped with the equipment is reduced. Because the hot air blows upward from the lower part of the hopper screen during positive pressure, the penetration of the wind is strong. Although the height of the material is not high, the hot air has more full contact with the material, and the drying rate is faster. When the fan power of the equipment is reduced, the noise of the equipment becomes smaller, and energy is saved.

■ Broad spectrum

After condensation and dehumidification, the hot and wet gas inside the equipment has low absolute humidity and strong drying capacity, which is more suitable for moisture absorbing materials sensitive to humidity environment.

For materials with fine particles, due to low wind pressure, the escape rate of materials is small, and they can be completely recovered in the secondary dust removal.

The equipment is fluidized in the drying process, and the materials and hot air have a large area of gas-solid contact. The drying intensity is large and the efficiency is high. With the increase of the equipment and the increase of the air volume of the equipment fan, the use efficiency of the equipment can still be guaranteed; Unlike the static vacuum drying system, with the increase of the equipment, the drying efficiency becomes lower and lower. The materials in the drying process of the equipment are fluidized, avoiding other adverse conditions such as local material overheating and deterioration caused by the direct contact between the material heating surface and the materials in the vacuum drying system.
