After the materials are dried, they are discharged from the discharge port, and the waste gas is discharged from the top of the fluidized bed and discharged after the solid powder is recovered by the cyclone dust collector group and bag type dust collector.

Steam, electric and hot blast furnaces can be used (according to user requirements).

It is applicable to the drying of bulk and granular materials, such as the drying and dehumidification of APIs, tablet granules, Chinese medicine granules, plastic resins, citric acid and other powder and granular materials in chemical raw materials, food and beverage granules, grain processing, corn germ, feed, etc. The maximum particle size of the material can reach 6mm, and the best is 0.5~3mm.
