Principle:

After being purified and heated, the air is sucked in from the lower part of the boiling granulating dryer by the induced draft fan, passing through the distribution plate of the material bin, so that the powder particles or wet particles of the material are in a boiling fluidized state in the raw material container. They are preheated and mixed by the purified heating air. During granulation, the adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed, so that a number of particles are gathered into the particles containing the adhesive. As the hot air continuously dries the material, the water in the particles evaporates, The adhesive solidifies, and this process is repeated continuously to form ideal and uniform microporous spherical particles.

Boiling granulation method is the comprehensive application of spray technology and fluidization technology. It enables the traditional mixing, granulation and drying processes to be completed at one time in the same equipment, realizing one-step granulation.
