Overview:

Disc continuous dryer is an efficient conduction type continuous drying equipment, its unique structure and working principle determines that it has high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint, simple configuration, convenient operation control, good operating environment and other characteristics, widely used in chemical industry, medicine, pesticide, food, feed, agricultural and sideline product processing and other industries of drying industry. It has been well received in various industries. How it works:

The wet material self-feeder is continuously added to the drying disc of the first layer on the upper part of the dryer, with the rake arm for rotating movement to make the rake blade continuously turn over the material. The material flows through the surface of the drying plate along the exponential helix. The material on the small drying plate is transferred to the outer edge and falls to the outer edge of the large drying plate below. On the large drying plate, the material moves inward and drops a layer of small drying plate from the middle dropping port. The size of the drying disc is arranged alternately up and down, and the material can flow through the whole dryer continuously. The hollow drying disc is fed into the heating medium, which is in the form of saturated steam, hot water and thermal oil. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying disc and is exported from the other end. The dry material falls to the bottom of the shell from the last layer of drying disc, and is finally transferred to the discharge port by the rake leaf. Moisture escapes from the material. The moisture of the vacuum disc dryer is discharged by the moisture discharge port on the top cover, and the moisture of the vacuum disc dryer is extracted by the vacuum pump on the top cover. Dry material discharged from the bottom layer can be packed directly. By adding finned heater, solvent recovery condenser, bag dust collector, dry material backmixing mechanism, induced draft fan and other auxiliary machines, it can improve its drying capacity, dry paste and heat sensitive materials, convenient solvent recovery, and pyrolysis and reaction operation.


Features:

(1) Easy control and strong applicability

◆ The drying process can be optimized by adjusting the thickness of the material layer, spindle speed, rake blade type and size.

◆ Each layer of drying disc can be separately into the hot medium, the material heating or cooling, material temperature control is accurate and easy.

The residence time of the material can be adjusted accurately.

(4) Good operating environment, recyclable solvent, dust discharge meet the requirements

◆ Atmospheric pressure type: due to the low airflow speed in the equipment, and the low humidity distribution in the equipment, the dust is difficult to float to the top of the equipment, so the exhaust gas discharged from the top of the humidity outlet almost contains no dust.

Closed type: equipped with solvent recovery device, can easily recover the organic solvent in wet gas. Solvent recovery device is simple, high recovery rate, for flammable, explosive, toxic and easily oxidized materials, nitrogen can be used as a wet load gas for closed circuit circulation, so as to make it safe operation. Especially suitable for the drying of flammable, explosive and toxic materials.

Vacuum type: disc dryer operated under vacuum condition, especially suitable for heat sensitive material drying.

(5) Easy installation, small footprint

The dryer as a whole factory, the whole transport, just lift in place, installation positioning is very easy.
