How it works:

This machine is composed of main engine, air handling system, heating system, control system and so on. When working, the material is added to the silo of the boiling dryer, and the program and parameters are set according to the technological requirements. The whole machine starts to work. After the air is filtered by the air treatment system and heated by the heating system, the material is fluidized and dried by the hot air. The water evaporates rapidly and the material is dried quickly. After the operation is completed according to the set procedure and parameters, the silo is pushed out and the YTZ series fixed lifting feeder is locked to lift the discharging or the vacuum feeder is pumped to the high level grain granulator to effectively control dust and cross contamination.
