Boiling drying, also known as fluidized bed, is composed of air filter, heater, boiling bed host, cyclone separator, bag dust collector, high pressure centrifugal fan and operation table. Due to the different properties of drying materials, when supporting dust removal equipment, it can be considered according to needs. Cyclone separator and bag dust collector can be selected at the same time, or one of them can be selected. Generally speaking, if the proportion is larger, such as powder and granular material drying, only need to choose cyclone separator. Small granular and powder materials with lighter proportion need to be matched with cloth bag filter, and equipped with pneumatic feeding device and belt conveyor for choice.
Granular solid material is added to the fluidized bed dryer by the feeder, and the filtered clean air is heated and sent to the bottom of the fluidized bed by the blower through the distribution plate and contact with the solid material, forming a fluidization to achieve gas-solid heat and mass exchange. The material is discharged from the discharge port after drying, and the waste gas is discharged from the top of the boiling bed through the cyclone dust collector and the bag dust collector to recover the solid powder and then empty.
Steam, electric, hot blast stove can be used (according to user requirements).
It is suitable for the drying of granular materials, such as: pharmaceutical materials in the bulk drug, tablet granule material, traditional Chinese medicine, chemical raw materials in the plastic resin, citric acid and other powder, granular materials dry dehumidification, also used for food and beverage powder, grain processing, corn germ, feed drying. The particle size of the material can be up to 6mm, the best is 0.5 ~ 3mm.
