Overview:

This machine is a continuous flow drying equipment, used for the drying of flake, strip and granular materials with good air permeability. It is especially suitable for dehydrated vegetables, Chinese medicine slices and other materials with high water content and high temperature. This series of dryer has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity and good product quality. The dehydrated cake paste material can be dried after granulation or rod shape.

How it works:

The material is evenly spread on the net belt by the feeder. The net belt is generally made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel mesh, which is dragged by the transmission device to move in the dryer. The dryer is composed of several units, each unit of the hot air independent circulation, part of the exhaust gas is discharged by the special exhaust fan, the exhaust gas is controlled by the regulating valve, the hot air from the bottom up or from the top down through the net belt covered with materials to complete the process of heat and mass transfer, take away the material moisture. The net belt moves slowly, the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the temperature of the material, and the finished products after drying fall into the feeder continuously. The upper and lower cycle units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can be selected according to needs.
